Original booklet which covers the rules and regulations for the government of prisoners in the US penitentiary in Leavenworth, KS.  Dated 1929.  Gives job descriptions of the employees and rules by which the prisoners must abide by.  This is a copy of the same book people like the "The Bird Man" Robert Stroud would have had in their cell.  In excellent condition; back cover has a stain.
